AP Adjustments list
Manage debit memo and credit memo adjustments on the AP Adjustments list. From here, you can create, edit, reverse, and print adjustments. You can also export your current view of the list.

View an AP adjustment
View details about an adjustment from the AP adjustments list page.
In Accounts Payable, a credit memo adjustment increases the amount you owe a supplier. A debit memo adjustment decreases the amount you owe.

- Go to Accounts Payable > All > Payments > Adjustments.
- Find the adjustment that you want to view.
- Top level view: If you're viewing transactions from a top level company, you only see transactions created at the top level. To view transactions created at the entity level, select Include private.
- Entity view: If you're viewing transactions within an entity, you only see transactions created within your entity. To view transactions created for your entity at the top level, select Include top-level transactions.
- Select the link in the Date column to view transaction details.
- For a posted adjustment, select the Posting details tab to see how it posted to the General Ledger.
- Go to Accounts Payable > All > Payments > Adjustments.
- Find the adjustment that you want to view.
- Top level view: If you're viewing transactions from a top level company, you only see transactions created at the top level. To view transactions created at the entity level, select Include private.
- Entity view: If you're viewing transactions within an entity, you only see transactions created within your entity. To view transactions created for your entity at the top level, select Include top-level transactions.
- Select View next to the adjustment.
- For a posted adjustment, select the Posting details tab to see how it posted to the General Ledger.
Print a copy of an AP adjustment
You can print from the AP adjustment page itself or from the AP adjustments list page.

- Go to Accounts Payable > All > Payments > Adjustments.
- Find the adjustment that you want to print.

- Select the link in the Date column to view the transaction.
- Select Print at the top of the page.

Export a list of AP adjustments
Changes to Microsoft security can cause issues when exporting to Excel. See Can't export a report to Excel for details.

- Go to Accounts Payable > All > Payments > Adjustments.
- Select the view that includes the data that you want to export, or configure columns in the current view.
- Select Export.
- Select one of the following export options: CSV, Excel, PDF, or Word.
- Go to Accounts Payable > All > Payments > Adjustments.
- Select the view that includes the data that you want to export.
- Select Export.
- Select one of the following export options: CSV, Excel, PDF, or Word.
The file is downloaded through your browser.
