Block email addresses from automated document processing

Prevent unwanted or suspicious email addresses from generating automated documents in Sage Intacct. You can now block specific email addresses from generating transactions through AP Automation, Sage Expense Management, and E-Invoicing subscriptions.

By stopping these emails before processing begins, you gain greater control over inbound data and help prevent fraudulent transactions from entering your workflows.

How it works

  1. Add an email address to the Blocked email addresses section of the Company information page.

  2. Any future emails from that sender are prevented from entering the system.
