Migrate to Sage Collaborate to get more visibility and control

Sage Collaborate is the next generation of Intacct Collaborate, helping your team communicate in real time directly on Sage Intacct records.

With this release, eligible companies can migrate from Intacct Collaborate to Sage Collaborate and take advantage of new capabilities that improve visibility, administration, and access management."

What's changed

The move to Sage Collaborate includes several enhancements that improve visibility, usability, and administrative control.

Migration and availability

Existing companies using Intacct Collaborate can migrate to Sage Collaborate starting July 2026. Your company will receive an alert when it is eligible for migration.

New companies have the option to subscribe to Sage Collaborate.

Visibility and collaboration

Add a Sage Collaborate feed to dashboards that you have permission to edit. The component shows your active Collaborate feeds and lets you interact with them from the dashboard.

Sage Collaborate now opens in a fixed side panel anchored to the right side of Intacct.

Administration

Exclude specific users from Sage Collaborate and receive email notifications when the setup of your Sage Collaborate subscription is complete or require attention.

All user types have access to Sage Collaborate after the subscription begins.

Application subscriptions: List, View, Subscribe, Configure

To add Sage Collaborate to a dashboard:

Permission to edit the dashboard.

To open Collaborate in a side panel:

Available to all users, no special permissions required.

To exclude users from Collaborate:

Application subscriptions: List, View, Subscribe, Configure, Remove, Assign Users

To receive email notifications about Collaborate:

Administrator access.
