Updates in Enhanced Sage Intacct Planning (eSIP)

We've recently made the following updates and improvements to eSIP.

  • Merge wizard updates:
    • Preview changes prior to merge.
    • View impacted dependencies from the Referenced by column.
    • Flag and exclude changes that cause merge conflicts.
    • Select which changes to merge from one plan into another, or merge all changes.

  • Add and delete plan lines: You can add a new plan line (including statistical accounts plan lines) directly into your plan. You can also delete plan lines directly from your plan, from either income statement or statistical account grids. Learn how to add or delete plan lines.
  • Create a plan from an existing plan: Use a plan as a template to quickly create a new plan for the upcoming planning cycle. The structure and plan lines remain the same. When you create a plan from plan, you can select whether to keep formulas as is or convert them to values. Learn how to create a plan from plan.
  • Overwrite budgets: You can overwrite a previously saved plan in the Sage Intacct Financials budget repository. Learn how to save a plan as an Intacct budget.
  • Export as CSV: Export your income statement accounts or statistical accounts to a CSV file. Learn how to export to a CSV file.
  • Workforce planning: Take control of employee-related expenses from the workforce tab. Learn about workforce planning.
  • Refresh actuals: Refresh the actuals from Intacct Financials to keep your plan current and accurate. Learn how to refresh actuals.
