Introducing the Roles permissions report

Administrators can now view a consolidated snapshot of all permissions assigned to a role in a single, standard report. The new report includes both standard and custom permissions.

The Roles permissions report aggregates all permissions associated with a role at a specific point in time. Administrators can quickly review role access without cross‑referencing multiple sources.

How it works

  1. Go to Company > Admin > History and reports section > Roles permissions report.

  2. Set a start and end date.

  3. Enter a role name.

  4. Set other report options as needed and select View.

Good to know

  • If you do not set a date range, the report displays all permissions for the role.

  • If a date range is set without entering a role, the report returns all roles created during that time period.

  • This report does not track historical changes to roles or permissions and is not intended to serve as an audit trail.
